Indication:
Poultry: Colibacillosis (E. coli), infectious coryza (Haemophilus gallinarum), mycoplasmosis, chronic respiratory diseases, airsacculitis, infectious synovitis (Mycoplasma gallisepticum, Mycoplasma meleagridis, Mycoplasma synoviae) clostridial dermatitis (Clostridium septicum), necrotic enteritis (Clostridium perfringens, types A & C), pullorum disease (Salmonella pullorum) fowl cholera, coccidiosis etc.
Cattle, Buffalo, Sheep and Goat: Anthrax, haemorrhagic septicaemia, black quarter, rinderpest, brucellosis, calf scour, infectious enteritis, dysentery, pneumonia, navel ill, liver infection, abscess, mastitis, pyometra, metritis, peritonitis, infectious pleuropneumonia, calf diphtheria, paratyphoid, foot-rot, salmonellosis, actinomycosis, anaplasmosis and secondary infections in viral diseases.
Dosage & Administration:
Poultry:
Treatment: Otetra-Vet® 50 powder as 100 mg/kg body weight or 1 gm per 2.5 litre drinking water for 3-5 consecutive days or 50 gm per 100 kg feed for 7 consecutive days.
Prevention / Growth Promotion: Otetra-Vet® 50 powder as 50 mg/kg body weight or 1 gm per 5 litre drinking water for 3-5 consecutive days or 35 gm per 100 kg feed for 7-10 consecutive days.
Calves:
Treatment: 40 mg Otetra- Otetra-Vet® 50 per kg body weight for 3-5 consecutive days.
Prevention/ Growth Promotion: 20 mg Otetra-Vet 50 powder per kg body weight for 7-10 consecutive days.
Fishes: 11 gm - 16 gm Otetra-Vet® 50 powder per 100 kg fishes.
Honey Bees: 0.5 gm Otetra-Vet® 50 powder per colony. Usually 3 dustings are required at 4-5 days interval.
Preparation:
